Dear Chem-Dry: Amazing! That’s the only way I can describe the job you did on my sofa and love seat today. I have never written a testimonial letter in my life, but your service deserved it. My wife was to the point of replacing the two pieces, which were in good condition except soiled by use. I was looking at spending several thousands of dollars to buy new living room furniture. While they do not look new, they look as well as any three-year-old, light-colored fabric sofa and love seat I have ever seen. The last minute decision to clean the stairwell was a good one as well. With the dog and I tramping sand and dirt up and the stairs every day, I could not believe you got them looking as good as you did. Today was the first day that we used sunshine Chem-Dry out of Doral, Florida. We were so unbelievably impressed with the professionalism, the courteousness, and how expeditious they were about performing their work and completing the job on task. We will absolutely be using this company again. They have breathed new life into the carpets that we have in our townhome and I couldn't be happier. They look amazing. I do not think we will ever go back to Stanley steamer. Their process is so much more efficient as far as dry-time and the results are stunning. It's not that I have anything against their competitor but I think Chem-Dry is by far a more superior product. Additionally, they were very gracious about accepting an older coupon from the Internet which gave us a little bit of a discount which we thought was also a very nice detail when it was all said and done. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody who wants a professional hard-working group of people that will take very good care of servicing the floors your home.
